Usually a pretty good experience being I’ve bought from here before. We test drove a used Tiguan on a Thursday, the car had low tire pressure issue on the dash and we were told they’d look into it before we bought it. Well we bought the car on Saturday and the tire pressure notification was still there but tires looked fine. Sunday afternoon the rear passenger tire was a little low and I found a large screw in it. Pretty clear they never looked at the issue and sales manager shut down them replacing the tire since it was too close to the sidewall to patch. Can confirm with the salesman the tire pressure issue was there when we drove so this wasn’t something we did. But they don’t want to make it right. Salesman was great, but the rest lost a future sale of a new Kia in a year.
Novy is the best sales person to walk the planet, hands down! He didn't pressure the sale, answered all the questions and for questions after the sake he made custom YouTube videos to go over even the slightest details- Amazing!
Great selection of vehicles and had exactly what we were looking for, the financing department was great and friendly as well. All in all the prices, selection, knowledge and helpfulness make me recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great overall experience.

We paid cash for a new 2014 Kia Cadenza, for my elderly mother. The car has very low miles and mom cant drive anymore... We received a "Recall Notice and a warning that the car may catch on fire." The warning states that the repair part to remedy this issue DOES NOT EXIST". Kia can NOT figure out how to fix this issue. They simply tell you to NOT park in a garage, near any other vehicles, and that the car does not need to be running for it to catch on fire. Kia, states that if You smell something burning, or if certain dashboard warning lights come on, to pull the car over immediately and maintain a safe distance from the car that is engulfed in flames! The local dealer in Columbia, Missouri GSM, is named "Caleb Zimmerman". He claimed he could do nothing to help! It's a recall, so his hands are tied. He LIED when he told me that he had NO 2014 Kia Cadenzas on the lot for sale. The Internet shows he has 3 2014 KIA Cadenzas for sale from $11k to 14 K. Since Caleb is a ruthless liar, I would NEVER trust him. Did I mention he was not amiable, or could not care at all that I am 67 yrs old, wife is 69, and mom is 94.... THIS RECALL AND NO PART AVAILABLE, and cars burning people alive affects about 25 or more KIA models... IF YOU BUY A KIA AFTER READING THIS YOU ARE IN NEED OF MENTAL CARE....
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion from this dealership a year ago. Not only did they run my credit 14 times, but they sold me a car without doing an inspection on it prior to sale. While they did get my car in for a free inspection, when I got the car back there was a huge scratch on the bumper. I was promised a second key fob by the finance guy, but that was never ordered for me. When I tried to follow up with him, he did not respond. I have not had to deal with them since. Now, fast forward a year...my car starts having shifting and acceleration issues. Took it to get looked at this morning. They said the transmission fluid was pitch black and I have to have it flushed and changed completely. When purchasing a car from a dealership, I expect the bare minimum from them: honesty and transparency. They sold me a car that couldn't go one whole year without having major issues. I am livid. Do not go here!

Matt at Kia of Columbia was absolutely wonderful to work with while buying my car! I had to buy a new car because my vehicle was rear ended on the highway by a drunk driver. Luckily I wasn’t injured, but my vehicle was totaled. Matt turned a horrible situation around with his helpful and professional customer service.
